How It Works?
With our wedding packages, you’ll select a photography style that matches your vision. We’ll then match you with an available photographer who specializes in that style.
Photography Timeline & Decision Deadlines
To ensure a smooth process, follow these steps:
Step 1:
Within 14 Days of Booking

Choose your photography style (Cinematic, Color Pop, Dark & Moody, etc.) from our list.
Step 2:
Photographer Match & Confirmation (Within 7 Days)

We’ll provide a photographer match based on your chosen style.

You’ll have 7 days to confirm if the match is the right fit.
What if I don’t like the photographer provided?
If you’re not comfortable with our recommended photographer, let us know within 7 days, and we’ll do our best to offer an alternative based on availability. However, if no other options are available, you may choose to:

Proceed with the assigned photographer.

Opt out and book your own photographer (see details below).
IMPORTANT:

Your assigned photographer may reach out up to one month before your wedding to discuss the specifics of your big day.

If the Client fails to make required selections or meet payment deadlines, Cabin Heaven LLC may proceed with default options to keep your wedding package on schedule.

Prefer to choose your own photographer? No problem! You can opt out of our included photography and book someone directly at any time. ($300 booking fee may apply)
