1. Client selects their preferred style from Wedding Vibes.​​

2. Client submits a 50% deposit to initiate the process of securing vendor(s).​​

3. Cabin Heaven reaches out to vendors and gathers quotes.​​

​

4. Client receives final quote and available options.​​

​

5. To secure the booking, the remaining balance must be paid within 7 days of receiving the quote (time-sensitive).​​

6. After 7 days, availability and pricing may change. All add-on prices, including those listed on our website, are subject to change without prior notice.​

7. Availability:

Availability for certain add-ons is limited and will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure your preferred add-ons, please finalize your selections as early as possible

8. Add-ons Cancellation Policy:

The 50% deposit for add-ons is non-refundable once the service is confirmed by Cabin Heaven. If we are unable to book your selected add-on or service, a full refund will be issued. If Client cancels their event, any refund for confirmed add-ons or services will be at the discretion of Cabin Heaven, based on the nature of the service and the circumstances of the cancellation.
